A pleasant walk from The House of Binns car park down to follow the John Muir Way to Hopetoun House before returning via Abercorn Church and Midhope Glen on fairly good paths and tracks.

A town and country walk on core paths, cycle paths, woodland and farm tracks. Southfield, Lochty Burn to Kinglassie then a steep ascent on Pilgrims path towards Glenrothes, continue on gypsy trail around the Golf Course.

Walk through the Estate below the Tyndall Bruce monument returning by Pillars of Hercules and the Themed Words Wall. Nice views. Words make a good discussion point. Easy walking on good paths.

Sunday 11/05/25 Newburgh - Glenduckie circular
Circular walk from Newburgh taking in remains of Lindores Abbey and part of Fife Coastal Path.  The walk climbs up the hillside giving great views of Tay Estuary and continues round Glenduckie Hill before descending into village. Return following an ascending track to Old Higham.  Generally good paths and tracks (may be muddy parts) with some prolonged ascent.  Sometimes there is livestock near paths.
